Situation
Early-stage technology teams needed more than introductions: positioning, partner access, distribution, investor context and someone willing to execute across the gaps.
Scope and ownership
- Founder-led sales and delivery across Web3 gaming, SocialFi, AI and real-world asset projects.
- Mandates covering GTM, business development, partner marketing, distribution and fundraising support.
- A solo-owned commercial cycle spanning outbound, discovery, proposal, negotiation, close and delivery.
- Deal cycles ranging from a few weeks to several months, including individual mandates in the high five figures.
Operating approach
- Diagnose the commercial gapSeparate a real route-to-market or partnership problem from a generic request for introductions.
- Package an executable mandateTie access, positioning and weekly activity to clear deliverables instead of selling an undefined advisory retainer.
- Work the full cycleOwn sourcing, qualification, negotiation and delivery so context survives from the first conversation to the final outcome.
- Compound the operating systemTurn objections, partner patterns and delivery material into reusable playbooks for the next engagement.
What I did
- Packaged advisory work around concrete GTM, partnerships, distribution and fundraising-support outcomes.
- Ran full-cycle commercial execution from sourcing and qualification through proposal, close and delivery.
- Built reusable operating material so each mandate improved the next rather than restarting from zero.
- Used a broad ecosystem network selectively, matching access to the right commercial objective.
Outcome
- Generated €326k across 40+ advisory mandates from 2023 to 2025.
- Achieved 6× year-on-year advisory growth during the verified period.
- Advised more than 30 projects and supported strategic investment activity across 10+ projects.
- Converted several client relationships into deeper operating roles, including KAP Games and Synternet.
- Created a bridge from relationship-led work to a more legible, repeatable commercial system.
What the work taught me
- A network creates value only when it is matched to a defined commercial objective.
- Budget resistance becomes easier to resolve when the mandate is explicit about access, deliverables and weekly progress.
- Founder empathy matters most when it is paired with disciplined qualification and follow-through.
